Refund Policy

Because each card is printed once and mailed on a set schedule, our refund policy is tied to where your placement is in the production process.
1. Before the card goes to print
If you cancel before the production cutoff for your mailing (generally mid-month for the following month’s drop), you can receive a full refund of the amount you paid, minus any design or setup fee already incurred on your behalf. Your spot is then released back to the card.
2. After the card goes to print or mail
Once a card has been sent to production or mailed, the placement is committed and is non-refundable, because the printing and postage costs have already been spent.
3. If we can’t run your placement
If we cancel a mailing or are unable to place your ad for any reason on our end, you choose: a full refund, or a spot on the next available card at no extra cost.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@biglocalcard.com with the market and placement you booked. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, and can take a few business days to appear.
